Sorry, I needed to paste all the previous postings into one notepad document. One more time I am sorry, when I asked about sharp edges I did not mean knife like edges, in fluid mechanics when a fluid is turned through a 90 deg( you are talking about T holes in the air passage ) this is a real problem for me ( the actual flow area is not the same as the true mechanical area ) you see the air reservoir pressure is 270 psi but the pressure at the chamber is just 55 psi Why? Losses

Are you living in the east, I live in upstate NY, Where can I have a good look at this device near by? It would make things easier to explain using common sense rather than using technical language? OK you do not have access to a cad system that can produce a file I can read, could you produce a free hand sketch of the air passage and upload it to that web site (Try to be as exact as possible ) Cheers
