I am interested in themes (topics) for dissertation on CFD for parallel clusters. Can somebody offer what 'directions' (from Navier-Stocs, shallow water, heat transfer, radiation, reacting flows, etc.) are suitable. Thanks.

you can start from radiation including solar radiation effects, transparency effects , emissivity etc.

I already was engaged in a problem of modelling of solar radiation. In particular, estimation of solar pressure upon spacecrafts (while without transparency effects). I have publications and codes. But I do not know to whom this problem is necessary. Now I am more interested in others tasks actually from CFD.

but what do you want to asked?I think you should learn some parallel algorithms and MPI first.
