Hi all,
SimScale, a cloud-based CAE (CFD) company-solver came to my attention. I had a brief look and it looks like it can handle most basic tasks like compressible flow, rigid body motion, multiphase flow, acoustics etc. The pricing seems reasonable too in my limited experience. Has anybody used this? Any thoughts? Thanks, |

Hi
Full disclosure first - I do work for SimScale. I had a LOT of questions before joining though, as I had only worked with traditional software until that point and a browser based solution seemed... different. We've been around for 10 years now, focused on delivering simulation in a browser - it's a difficult industry to break in to but I think we've made great headway! We started off leveraging open source solvers and now have partnerships to support multiple commercial codes behind the scenes. Did you try it out? You can do for free. I'd love to hear your feedback too, incase you would like to share it here or via PM |
