hi,

are there algortihms available using the Euler-Lagrange approach with having several dispers phases modelled the "lagrange way"?

greetings

could you rephrase your sentence?
Euler-lagrange is generally used to simulate a fluid phase with one disperse phase made of more or less solid particles or other immiscible fluid particles (bubbles of gas in liquid or droplets of liquid in gas).

1. Isn t there an Euler-Lagrange Solver also useable for liquid particles dispersed into a continuous liquid phase?

2. In OpenFOAM I ve only found:

http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Co...LagrangianFoam

This solver also seems to be for solid particles as you mentioned.

Isn t there any Euler-Lagrange for liquid particles dispersed into liquid phases and if no why?
The component-systems you mentioned also have to take coalescense and breakage into account, right?
