Hey guys,
i have a question about the Mesh for a L-Junction. I have a rectangular cross section in my channel and some "L-Junctions" with one rounded corner. I meshed it with hexahedral cells and a 45° split in the corner (you can see it on the pictures). So i m not sure, if this is the best solution. The smallest angle is 45° and the 2x2x2 det is bigger than 0.7. I run some simulations with this mesh and i think there is some small mesh influence. Do someone know a better mesh strategy ? Thank you in advance!! Greetings, cucko |
