What is first derivative artificial viscosity in the source term via the explicit formula. Is this a correct formula
[ W_n+1 - W_n-1 ]/delta x |

Hi,
Please expand W_n+1 and W_n-1 using Taylor's series and see your self, observe the trucation terms. This should be a farily simple and very useful excersice. Thanks, Vinayender. |
