Default regarding in-cylinder flow problem?

hi, I am trying to mesh a 3D geometry of I.c.engine using Gambit,basically the geometry was constructed using Pro-e.WhenI tried to build mesh within the various volumes of inlet manifold and other geometries, i could not do,it.could any one guide me increating mesh for 3D in-cylinder problems.
