Hello Everyone,

I am a new member of the CFD online group. I am working on the simulation of FDM 3D printing. I want to visualize the layers printed by an FDM printer, I have a simple designed cylindrical nozzle of .4 mm and a bed on which printing takes place. and also I want to determine the bond between two printed layers. I am confused with the approach, I mean which model should be used for this kind of problem. kindly, do give an input. if anyone in the forum is familiar with the same kind of problem. As the simulation is very new thing for me, any sort of input would be helpful. the material is a flexible polymer

Best Regards
