I made a model of a blood vessel.
But do not know how it can be porous walls that flow through the walls to be absorbed.
Help me please.
Thank you

What do you mean by 'walls that flow through the walls'? That is very confusing to me.

In most software packages you can define a porous region or body that has a fixed porosity and pressure drop characteristics.

However, I would suspect that if you have ONLY a blood vessel you are looking to add a mass flux or mass source that accounts for the addition of some other fluid.

Again, your question is VERY confusing.

you would have to model 2 domains. The porous skin/vessel and the inner fluid (blood). Then one boundary condition to the outside of the porous skin and inlet/outlet for the blood.
Since when are blood vessels porous, count Dracula?

Exactly I mean porous skin.
I want to make porous skin that is flow out of the vessel.
But I do not know how I can make a porous skin.
Please tell me the steps.

you have to make a multisolid part. One central part ( the blood) and one shell, like a maccaroni, for the porous skin. I suppose most of the blood flows through the vessel and just a tiny bit goes through the skin. So the blood is the fluid with inlet and outlet condition. The maccacroni will be the porous domain. The outer surface of the maccaroni will be nother outlet.
How to set up a porous domain, there is a tutorial of a catalytic converter.
What system? Ansys?

my system is ansys!
but I made my model and I don't have enough time to make another model!
is that another way?

Whats the model like?
If you have a 3d CAD (and did not do the model in ANSYS), then can't you just make an offset surface and then split the solid?
then there is a ANSYS tutorial of a catalytic converter with porous domain, this should give you an idea.
Try with a simple model first to get your porosity settings right
