Hello, Could you please share your experience regarding scanning and regenerating some XY plots from published papers and superimposing some other plots on those (results from modeling). Also any softwares you know that would allow to edit the scanned plots...

I once had extracted data from simple figure. First, by using "Adobe Photoshop", I scanned the figure. Then in the "Adobe photoshop" editing, use "locater" to find out the (X,Y) corrdinates of the points on the figure. Save (X,Y) in another file.
