Two vortex with different spiraling direction have an attraction force while the other two with the same spiraling direction have repulsion force. Who would like to tell me how to calculate these force? How this force depends on the rotating speed of the vortex and the pressure of the air if we neglect the affection of the gravity? Thank you very much!
