Hello there

I've recently installed nsc2ke and i find it a powerful code. The manual however has left me a few questions 1. does the code uses double precision? I searched the sources and it uses real. Is it possible that the executable uses internaly double? 2. The Re is given by the meter. Does that mean that in the Re definition d=1? 3. In DATA file Pout/Pin must be given? For incompresible flows is it importand and how do we know it beforhand?

Thanks a lot Achilleas Tsompanos

Achilleas, you can force the precision via compiler flags, e.g., if you are using Portland Group's compiler you can add the following for double precision:

FFLAGS = -r8

You'll have to see your compiler's man pages for the appropriate options.

Thanks a lot!

Are you using NSC2KE? There is something i'd like to ask about the DATA file?

I used NSC2KE a few years back to compare the results of my Euler code with the NSc2KE solution.
