hi,
i am doing thesis on simulation of bileaflet heart valve . i have drawn the 3D design in GAMBIT. the basic part is a 1/4 th of a cylinder in longitudinal direction . 1/4th is taken due to symmetry . but i am confused what boundary condition should be applied for symmetrical 2 portions . i am new user of fluent & gambit . i also want to know about MAP and cooper mesh scheme .
i have meshed the volume in cooper scheme without knowing the significence. i also wanna know if i have done directly volume meshing , then is face meshing necessary? relevent links ,papers on my thesis topic and books r highly appriciated. MY
