Is combustion results perfect?

I'm beginner to cfd.Combustion is a very complex phenomenon. What will be the error percentage of cfd results to actual results (Because in actual case there is radiation loss,heat transfer etc..)

at best 5-10 percent for laminar, 10-20 percent for turbulent problems
