Hi everybody
I'm new CFD man. I would like to simulate flow of molten solder ball thru capillary but I still no idea to do it. Anyone ever done or know about it, pls share idea. (Which program?, Which feature?, or other advise?) My process is: The lead free solder ball size 100 um hold by capillary tip size 96 um (capillary like pen's tip and solder ball like pen's roller). I apply laser power to melt the solder ball, then inside feed pressure 60 mbar of N2 help to push molten solder out thru capillary to target. In this process I would like to know molten solder ball shape and velocity while it flow thru capillary tip. Pls help to advise. |
