mnabi is on a distinguished road
The integration of AB2 and AB3 methods is based on uniform time intervals. Applying this kind of integration with variable "Dt" leads to decrease in accuracy of the method (decreases the order of accuracy).
Is there any version of Adam Bashforth (AB2 and/or AB3), which integrates the equations, based on variable time steps? If well, Is there any paper about it?
Thanks
