Hello,

I've posted a similar program under STAR CCM+ Forum but I realised it may not be possible to generate such mesh in star ccm.

I'm a student and I need to make a good mesh like the one shown in the picture, with one cell thickness.

The problem is, I use Pro E to make the geometry, when I import it into star ccm+ to make the mesh, it comes out as the second pictured posted below.

Can anyone clarify for me how to do properly do it on STAR CCM+, or tell me how can I do it with other program? Exactly the same as the first picture posted. (Prism layers included).

Thank you very much, I've spent alot of time with this and I'm running out of time. I'd appreciate alot any given time helping me out.

Sorry for bumping this but I still need help.

I really need to know how to make one thick cell meshes.
