Default Time Step Size for Airfoil Model - Fluent

Hi,

We are trying to calculate the time step size and the number of time steps for Fluent 6.1.

Here are our parameters:

U, freestream velocity = 21.63 m/s Re = 1.17E4 Length of 'Wind Tunnel' = 0.4 m (400 mm) D, characteristic length = 0.008 mm (height of airfoil)

How should I go about calculating the ideal time step size (s) and the number of time steps in the 'Iterate' menu of Fluent 6.1?

If anyone can help us, that would be great!
