Conjugate Heat Transfer

Can anyone guide me regarding numerical solution of conjugate heat transfer in pipe with constant heat flux boundary conditions. Any link for lecture notes on that.

A pretty good PhD Thesis on the subject of CHT and turbulence :

Though it's in french, some chapters are taken from english papers and describe the physics of CHT fluid/solid thermal coupling with constant heat fluxes coming from the walls.
