Default turbulent flow in cavity problem using k-w model

in my thesis i use stream function vorticity method to solve the flow in square cavity,the grid is stretched and the coordinates is generalized coordinates, the code run very well in laminar flow,but now ito write the code for turbulent flow using fortran 90,i need to know how to: 1-but boundary conditions for different variables 2- how to get y+ at any point during run 3-what is the limitation on time step
