Dear Colleagues,

For your information, I am glad to forward the VisiSage product announcement.

Regards,

Ted Lin --------------------

Product Announcement June 1,1999

Product: VisiSage, A 3D hexahedral and 2D surface mesh generator for solid models using flexible cells, Version 1.1

Company: PVM Corp., San Diego, California, Web information http://www.mpro.com/pvm, E-mail: marcalpv@msn.com

VisiSage is a mesh generator that generates meshes for 3D hexahedral and 2D shell finite element meshes from solid models. Solid modeling features based on ACIS kernel and automatic procedures have been developed to generate triangular, quadrilateral and hexahedral meshes, respectively. The program is based on a new procedure that makes use of circumscribing isoparametric flexible cells known as FlexCells. The FlexCells are then "squeezed" into the solid model. Trial versions can be downloaded from our web-site.

Keywords: Solid Modeling, CAE, Finite Elements, meshes, triangle, quad. and hex. elements
