Hi... I am looking for the information of the Bridge Rectifier(GBPC-W) device's internal construction model so that I could perform the thermal simulation in Flotherm 5.2.

The internal construction of this device consists of Encapsulant, Die-Flag, Spreader, Die and Die-Attach. And I need the actual dimensions of this device, the only dimension(Encapsulant) that I have is 28.8mmx28.8mmx7.62mm.

Could anybody send me the model of this device in .pdml format(Flotherm) Thanks.

regards, Klaus
