Implicit HLLC scheme -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

harish_0689@ New Member C.Harish Join Date: Jun 2011 Posts: 15 Rep Power: 14	Hello, I have developed an implicit HLL and HLLC scheme for Euler equations for 2-dimensional cases and my cfl number is not going beyond 15. Can anyone brief me why is this restriction happening. Also is this value good enough because i have seen implicit stegar-warming code for which the cfl number goes upto 5000 and more ? waiting for the replies....thank you...
