Is there a way to access the source files outside of Docker? I hate having to run a VM in order to use OpenFoam and I'd like to navigate to a disk outside of the VM and run paraFoam for post processing data, but I can't find the binaries anywhere. I know they exist at /opt/OpenFOAM/... in Docker but can I access them in my regular shell?

No. The executables are CentOS executables, which is why they require the docker in the first place.
