Hi, I have OF extended 3.0, I wish to merge two meshes (rotor and stator) into one. However command mergeMeshes seems to be different than in OF 2.3.0. In 3.0 it requires 4 arguments. I have folder with rotor case and with rotor case. Can anyone tell me how to use this command? Of course I used help thas says
Usage: mergeMeshes <master root> <master case> <root to add> <case to add> [-masterRegion name] [-addRegion name] [-case dir] [-noFunctionObjects] [-help] [-doc] [-srcDoc] but I dont know what is master root and what is master case etc... |

Hi Jiricbeng,
although it's some time ago... I faced the same problem today and the following command was working: mergeMeshes . masterCase . slaveCase So, compared to OF-2.3.0 you can add these dots and it's working again :-) Good luck! Matthias |
