Looking for Software For Finding Holes

Hi,
I try to simulate a flow inside a tube. Therefore I use snappyHexMesh (since it's a complex geometry). Snappy expects the geometry to be closed. For higher refinements levels, my geometry does not seem to be closed. Does anyone know how I can find those small holes? I use ANSA for meshing but there is no function for finding leaks in the geometry - as far as I know (there is only filling holes ..., but this is crap. Thanks for recommendations |

ANSA has a function for leak checks. I have used it for surface wrapping - I'm not sure if there is another way to access it.
