Hi Sajad,

Did you find any solution for your problem?!
I'm struggling with this problem for calculate bubble center in paraview!

Any help will be appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
Regards.

Hi Arsalan,

You can try to use in paraview
filters/common/threshold
filters/common/clip (with clip type box, for example)
for restrict your geometry to one of your bubbles. After, you use
filters/data analysis/integrate variables
and obtain the geometric centre (not mass centre, sorry) of your bubble.

Note: It's important than you apply the threshold on your case, the clip on the threshold and the integrate variables on the clip.

Best regards,
Lorena

Hi Lorena,

Thanks for your replay, but in my case I have at least two bubbles which get closer together and I need geometric center of each one separately.

And about your solution for one bubble, I think the clip filter on the threshold not needed and applying the integrate variable on the threshold works properly.

Regards,
Arsalan.
