Hi Sajad,
Did you find any solution for your problem?! I'm struggling with this problem for calculate bubble center in paraview! Any help will be appreciated, Thanks in advance, Regards. |

Hi Arsalan, You can try to use in paraview filters/common/thresholdfor restrict your geometry to one of your bubbles. After, you use filters/data analysis/integrate variablesand obtain the geometric centre (not mass centre, sorry) of your bubble. Note: It's important than you apply the threshold on your case, the clip on the threshold and the integrate variables on the clip. Best regards, Lorena |

Thanks for your replay, but in my case I have at least two bubbles which get closer together and I need geometric center of each one separately. And about your solution for one bubble, I think the clip filter on the threshold not needed and applying the integrate variable on the threshold works properly. Regards, Arsalan. |
