Hi all,
I just implemented a groovybc and I am not sure if I did it right. Can someone confirm that this does what it should? I want the standard "Menter" wall boundary condition for omega: Code:
PIPE_WALL { type groovyBC; valueExpression "10*(6*nu)/(0.075*sqr(y))"; value uniform 1e9; } Thanks for any help, Philipp.

I'm trying
Code:
type groovyBC; valueExpression "10*(6*nu)/(0.075*sqr(mag(delta())))"; value uniform 1e9;

No idea. Depends on how this Menter-condition is defined

Boundary condition at the wall (not the first cell point) should be
10 * 6 * viscosity / (0.075 * dy*dy) with dy = the distance from the wall to the first point.
