Hello,
by testing simpleFoam I'm a problem by solving. Under icoFoam the modell are runnig fine. But under simpleFoam i'have big problems. Where can I look for errors or mistake's? In terminal are: linearUpwindV UMISTV limitedLinear skewCorrected linear UMIST reverseLinear filteredLinear2V weighted blended MCV cubic OSPRE ) file: /opt/OpenFOAM/caelinux-1.4.1/run/hd90-110-turbulent/system/fvSchemes::div(phi,U) at line 42. From function surfaceInterpolationScheme<Type>::New(const fvMesh&, const surfaceScalarField&, Istream&) in file lnInclude/surfaceInterpolationScheme.C at line 135. FOAM exiting Where should I beginn to search for? Greeting Markus |

Hi Markus,
It seems you have a wrong div scheme for div(phi,U) in fvSchemes. Change it to one of the suggested schemes, "linear" is usually a save bet to start with.
