Dear Foamers,
I'm trying to test the example nozzleFlow2D by using the ineterFoam solver (multiphase). The example is provided from the OpenFOAM tutorial (tutorials/multiphase/interFoam/les/nozzleFlow2D). After running the blockMesh, I've run icoFoam to do the calculations, however I got the following error message : --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: keyword nu is undefined in dictionary "/home/abdelkrim/OpenFOAM/abdelkrim-2.2.0/run/tutorials/multiphase/interFoam/les/nozzleFlow2D/constant/transportProperties" file: /home/abdelkrim/OpenFOAM/abdelkrim-2.2.0/run/tutorials/multiphase/interFoam/les/nozzleFlow2D/constant/transportProperties from line 20 to line 69. From function dictionary::lookupEntry(const word&, bool, bool) const in file db/dictionary/dictionary.C at line 402. FOAM exiting nu is well defined in transportproperties.dict Do you have any ideas Foamers ? Kind regards krimo |

I'm not familiar with nozzleFlow2D but the tutorial seems to be running fine on my installation (2.2.x). Just to check, why are you running icoFoam on a interFoam case?

In fact, I'm a new user with OpenFOAM. I thought that icoFOAM is the command to use for all the solvers ! this is why I used the icoFOAM instead of interFoam.
