backport interPhaseChangeDyMFoam to OpenFoam 2.1.x

Hi there,

Having done some work in OpenFoam 2.1.x using single phase solvers, I am looking to keep this version but add/compile interPhaseChangeDyMFoam which has been added to the more recent releases. Can anyone advise the best approach of doing this, if there are any obvious issues or in fact if it is not possible.

the much easiest way is to have two version of together

or
you can simply comile new solver under your working version and find inconsistent libraries and try to modify it

I have quite a lot of things I wish to stay the same so would be using 2.1.x in this particular instance.

I am going download the interPhaseChangeDyMFoam solver, review the differences between the 'old' and 'latest' versions of the standard and attempt to compile and get it working. Thanks for confirming the thought process, hopefully it works!
