how can add viscosity as a fundtion like sutherland in rhoCentralFoam solver in a turbulent problem?

just put sutherland where constTransport ist in the thermophysicalproperties file in constant dir

A problem I encountered is thai I dont know the coefficients for air.how can I get them?
