Dimension of pressure: M/LT2 or L2/T2?

Sometimes the dimension of pressure is specified differently in 0/p file for different problems:
tutorials/basic/potentialFoam/cylinder dimensions [0 2 -2 0 0 0 0]; tutorials/compressible/rhoSimpleFoam/angledDuctExplicitFixedCoeff dimensions [1 -1 -2 0 0 0 0]; What tips me off to the correct dimension to use for a particular problem? Is there a general rule for the correct dimension of pressure in 0/p file? Is it simply a matter of whether the problem is 2D or 3D? Compressible or incompressible? I see that (M/LT2)/(M/L3) = L2/T2.
