Dear mates,
I have a LES simulation: incompressible low Reynolds flow with about 8M grid points. I have no extra transport equations like combustion, etc. I need to know how much time a single simulation would take with a system with following specifications: CPU: Dual Xeon E5-2670 Memory: 32 Gig, By the way, my solver is OpenFOAM 2.3. Thanks Edit: I know it might be silly question and it requires more details of the flow and physical time duration. Therefore, if you think something is missing, you are probably right! So, feel free to ask for more details!! |

Please,
I need to know about a reallistic simulation performed using that CPU! Share your experience with me. |
