presGradient in fvOption -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

I'm using the simpleFoam application in my work and I don't understand the 'presGradient' in the fvOption dictionary. How it works ? I have try the pressure gradient value in the simpleFoam.log, but how it is calculate? Thanks in advance
