Hi,
I am trying to simulate the flow around a 2D airfoils used for wind turbines
My turbolence model is Spalart-Allmaras, my solver is simpleFoam.
At the end of the running I wanted to visualize the Mach values on the airfoil by running the application Mach, but I get an error and a crash

I have attached the error pictures

any help would be greatly appreciated

Best Regards
Samira
