velocity inlet in SRF like "U" file in MRF

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a Axial flow in a concentric annulus with inner rotating cylinder. For clarity pls see the image below.

inner cylinder is rotating while there is incoming flow.

Since i have only a rotating inner wall i think SRF should be enough but i dont know how to give a inlet velocity (U file ) in addition to a relative wall velocity (Urel file). I have browsed through the tutorials in MRF and SRF. MRF contains the U file to specify inlet flow while SRF tutorials dont have. It would be highly appreciative if someone can suggest some ideas. Also please correct me if i am wrong in choosing SRF.
