chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam vs. chtMultiRegionFoam

Can anybody advise mi with the following problem connected to the chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam?



I run chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam with turbulence model but the simulation fails after 3 iterations even when I set the inlet temperature to zero and there is no temperature gradient (all temperature BC have the same temperature). When the model is laminar the convergence is without any problem. When I run the same model with chtMultiRegionFoam the convergence is also without any problem.



Has anybody some experiences with this problem? The mesh quality is I think OK
