Hello,
I'm new in work whis openfoam. In the example by caelinux is OpenFoam 1.4.1 in use. In the CAELinux 2009 the version 1.5 of openfoam. The comands:
$ cd $FOAM_RUN
and
$ FoamX&
are not run the window FoamX.

How can I start the FoamX Window under OpenFoam 1.5.

Thanks Markus

Hello Markus

The FoamX utility was removed as of release 1.5. It will not be reintroduced, however discussion is going on regarding some other GUI-interface for OF. Please see elsewhere on the forum.

Best regards,

Niels

Or, simple omit the use of FoamX and stick to 1.5 and any text editor of your choice
