Pressure Velocity coupling problem

Hello Foamers,

I try to run a cavitation problem using interPhaseChangeFoam.
Before try to run a Foam, I tested a free stream flow without a objet and cavitation. (left/top: fixedValue velocity, right: fixedValue pressure (others are zeroGradient), bottom: symmetryPlane)

However, a velocity at the 1st mesh neighbour the inlet boundary is drop and then recover a velocity. So, the pressure in inlet boundary is increasing a lot.

do you know why these kind problem is happen?
