Does someone have recommendations for a solver to use for transonic steady state flow over an airfoil. Both Euler and RANS (using a turbulence model). I would also to be able to converge the results to machine zero.

I gather from literature, and my own work, that rhoSimplecFoam will not converge. I also did not have much luck with rhoCentralFoam for an Euler case. But, I haven't been able to confirm the rhoCentralFoam behavior with literature. So it could be my problem.

Also, can someone point out documented OpenFOAM success stories for transonic steady state flow over an airfoil which uses one of the solvers provided with OpenFOAM?
