Hi Foamers,

I am new to OpenFOAM programming, I currently implementing a new boundary condition, in which velocity will be initiated on the patch, using pressure difference. I want to pressure the difference between a patch and an individual cell. For that purpose, I need to extract the pressure of the cell. But I don't know how? I want it to update as the pressure of that cell changes. Can anyone help me with that? The equation I am using is, sqrt(2(P_patch - P_cell)/rho).

I come up to DimensionedField<Type, volMesh>& internalField function to access that. Furthermore, can you help me with "this->" pointer why does it use?
Thanks
