Hi,

Let's say I have 2 views of equal size. Now I want to add a 3rd view => I'll split the 2nd view and arrange all 3 view sizes manually, in order to have 3 views of approximately the same dimension...

I'm looking for a command for resizing a view. The command layout.SetSplitFraction(location, 0.3) needs to have a newly split window, otherwise it returns False, not convenient (http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaVie...ng_View_Layout).

I know I can create 3 equally sized views at the beginning with
layout.SplitViewHorizontal(view = GetActiveView(), fraction = 0.333)... but that's not my question. I just want to modify the size of a view precisely with a command.

Thanks
François
