Hey there,
I have a time series of vti, i'd like to 2d-plot the number of cells in e.g. a threshold on my data. So far I'm using IntegrateVariables with a multiplication with Calculator to correct for the unavoidable dx*dy*dz factors involved in the integration. And the PlotSelectionOverTime doesn't show the green line time indicator if applied to the row given by IntegrateVariables. Furthermore: At some timesteps, no cells suffice the threshold and the IntegrateVariables filter doesn't seem to like it, throws errors and stuff. Is there still no way to access the "Number of Cells" information given by the statistics panel? Error thrown by IntegrateVariables: (vtkIdTypeArray: Input and output array data types do not match.) |
