Getting a PhD studentship

Hi,

I have a 3.12 GPA from Clemson University, Focus in Thermal And Fluid sciences.

My undergraduate is from IIT Delhi but my GPA there is 5.6/10

I want to obtain a PhD opportunity for sure....
