It is ok to export the mesh out of GAMBIT with...

It is ok to export the mesh out of GAMBIT with symmetric BCs,
because you (can) re-define them in FLUENT.

I believe for FLUENT you set the Periodic BC to Interfaces under "Boundary Conditions"...
