I switched LRR from simpleFoam to pisoFoam.
It is strange for me :confused: but it gives good results with pisoFoam:).

As you see in attached picture LRR result is not converge...

Outlets are zero gradient.

Changing it to limitedlinear as you suggested it has problem in accuracy instead of convergence.

I don't think the problem relates to mesh. it is about 0.5 million grids, hex dominant and less size near wall and center. you can see two pictures from meshed geometry by Gambit....
