you should look at div(phi) since phi is the conservative flux, and yes, that error is telling you the solution is not converging well.

Try reducing the tolerances on the pressure linear...

did you check the skewness of the mesh?

Your pressure equation has a hard time to converge, and after 11 correctors the initial residual is still around 0.1, which means "not converged"...
