"ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Not enough FLUENT_PARALLEL licenses 7/4"

how can i get get 7 parallel processes license?????

Hi everyone
I have some problem on running ansys fluent13.
I've got intel core i7 and now i'm running it with just 4 parallel processes because when i choose processing option on fluent launcher...
