If I use a wall with thickness, do I have to use the chtMultiRegionFoam-Solver?

That would be a Problem, because this solver does not have a Radiationmodel....

I'm looking for a possibility to model the following problem.
I have an internal wall between to rooms. There is no pressure and velocity exchange between the rooms, only heat transfer.
